Why We Do This
Hey! I'm Kelli and I founded Notty after years of eating low-carb to help manage a chronic health condition. High-protein and low-carb have been part of my lifestyle for the past decade. This means I try to limit the amount of sugar I consume--but I have a crazy sweet tooth! You can bet that after a decade of eating like this, I know a thing or two about creating snack-hacks to satisfy my sweet tooth. I made a chocolate that fit into my lifestyle, but didn’t sacrifice on flavor. I got rid of all the stuff I didn’t want in my chocolate and I added stuff that I did want.
Now I am on a mission to reduce the amount of sugar that people consume and give consumers a better option for indulging. You don't have to choose between treating yourself and keeping on track. It may sound too good to be true, heck, I thought so too. But when you try it, I know you will become a believer. My personal favorite is Fluffernutter!
